This all leads to the position that they think couples should use to get the woman off. It is called the “CAT” position.
Coital sexual alignment (CAT) really manages to spice up the missionary position, which as we know can be a bit bloody boring.
Instead of resting on his hands, the guy should rest on his forearms and keep his body touching the woman.
Then instead of thrusting in and out, he should slide his body up and down, whilst always remaining in contact with the lady.

This is supposed to get the woman to be the big O. However, there is obviously going to be a problem with guys who are a bit heavy. You don’t need me to tell you that a fat boy on top of the lady will have her wondering how to breath, not how to have an orgasm.
