Guadalupe Morfin, city councillor, has suggested a unique measure which could make a difference. It will make it harder to police public sexual activity<\/strong>, hopefully ending the corruption surrounding the subject.<\/p>\n

She came forward to suggest that the law is changed. Now, officers can only intervene when couples are having sex in public if a third party makes a complaint. Otherwise they are expected to turn the other cheek and not get involved at all. It means that the police can then focus on more serious offences taking place.<\/p>\n
